Our soft baked biscuits have a 10 day to 3 week best before on them (dependent on packaging, size etc).
If kept in an airtight container in a cool dry place, our biscuits will still be tasty for up to a month and even beyond.
Our biscuits are made using the following ingredients:
Biscuit: Wheat flour, butter (milk, salt), caster sugar, egg, baking powder, vanilla essence,butter caramel essence (propylene glycol). Anti-caking agent (E1520, E470a), Emulsifiers (E471, E475). Royal Icing: Cane sugar, free-range egg albumen, citric acid, anti-caking agent,calcium phosphate, food colouring (may contain any of the following E102, E104, E110, E122, E123, E124, E129, E133, E151, E153, E155, E171, E172, E422, E551, E1520 some of which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children)
